Alejandro López Pinar
Founder & CEO
At 10 years old, in Murcia, Spain, Alejandro López Pinar wrote his first lines of code out of pure curiosity — and never really stopped. Nearly seven years later, that curiosity has turned into a career built on shipping real products, leading real teams, and proving that age was never the obstacle people assumed it was.
While still a teenager, he co-founded Hybox, leading software engineering and designing a scalable Docker-based architecture capable of supporting hundreds of concurrent players, along with advanced authentication, data and real-time metrics systems. It was his first company — and proof that a small, driven team can build something that actually scales.
In 2025, he founded and legally incorporated Viron, a technology consultancy built to help businesses use AI with rigour instead of hype. As CEO, he leads strategy, business development and client relationships, while continuing to shape software architecture and stack decisions with a focus on C++, Go and microservices — because he believes the best calls on technology are made by people who still build it.
Alongside Viron, he chairs the Foro de Innovación Tecnológica y Educativa (FITE), connecting academia, industry and students to drive innovation and education, and regularly mentors young programmers and teaches C++ and Java in schools — because he remembers exactly what it felt like to be the kid with more curiosity than resources.
His message to young people and aspiring entrepreneurs is simple: you don't need permission, a perfect plan, or more experience than you have right now — you need to start. The skills, the team and the company are all things you build along the way.
